Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Politikası (KVKK)

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu uyarınca düzenlenmiştir.

Veri Sorumlusu

CEAmice Kongre Organizasyon ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. (bundan böyle "Şirket"), 26. APAPU Yıllık Kongresi'nin organizasyonunu yürüten veri sorumlusudur.

Toplanan Kişisel Veriler

Web sitemiz üzerinden aşağıdaki kişisel veriler toplanmaktadır:

• Ad soyad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası, ülke
• Kimlik / pasaport numarası (kayıt için)
• Ödeme bilgileri (güvenli sanal POS üzerinden işlenir; kart bilgileri AES-256-GCM şifreleme ile korunur)

Verilerin İşlenme Amaçları

Kişisel verileriniz aşağıdaki amaçlarla işlenmektedir:

• Kongre kayıt ve konaklama yönetimi
• Ödeme işlemlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi
• Kongre ile ilgili bilgilendirme ve iletişim
• Katılım belgesi düzenlenmesi
• Yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi

Verilerin Aktarılması

Kişisel verileriniz, yalnızca yukarıda belirtilen amaçlar doğrultusunda ve 6698 sayılı Kanun'un 8. ve 9. maddelerine uygun olarak aşağıdaki taraflara aktarılabilir:

• Ödeme hizmet sağlayıcıları (sanal POS altyapısı)
• Konaklama hizmeti sunulan oteller (rezervasyon amacıyla)
• Yasal zorunluluk halinde yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşları

Veri Güvenliği

CEAmice, kişisel verilerin güvenliğini sağlamak amacıyla gerekli teknik ve idari tedbirleri almaktadır. Veriler AES-256-GCM şifreleme ile korunmaktadır. Ödeme işlemleri PCI DSS uyumlu sanal POS altyapısı üzerinden gerçekleştirilmektedir. Verilere erişim yalnızca yetkilendirilmiş CEAmice personeli ile sınırlıdır.

KVKK Kapsamındaki Haklarınız

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun 11. maddesi kapsamında aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:

• Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
• İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme
• İşlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme
• Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme
• Eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme
• KVKK'nın 7. maddesindeki şartlar çerçevesinde verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme
• Verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme
• Kanuna aykırı işleme sebebiyle zarara uğramanız halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme

Verilerin Saklanma Süresi

Kongre kayıt ve ödeme amacıyla toplanan kişisel veriler, kongre bitiminden itibaren 2 (iki) yıl süreyle saklanır; bu sürenin sonunda güvenli bir şekilde silinir veya anonim hale getirilir.

Data Controller

CEAmice Kongre Organizasyon ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. (hereinafter "the Company") acts as the data controller for personal data collected through this website in connection with the 26th APAPU Annual Congress.

Personal Data Collected

We collect the following personal data through our registration forms:

• Full name, email address, phone number, country
• Passport / identity number (for registration)
• Payment information (processed securely via virtual POS; card data protected with AES-256-GCM encryption)

Purpose of Data Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Congress registration and accommodation management
• Processing payments
• Sending congress-related notifications and updates
• Issuing certificates of attendance
• Fulfilling legal obligations

Data Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to the following parties in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698:

• Payment service providers (virtual POS infrastructure)
• Hotels providing accommodation services (for reservations)
• Competent public authorities when required by law

Data Security

CEAmice takes necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of personal data. All data is encrypted using AES-256-GCM. Payment transactions are processed through PCI DSS-compliant secure virtual POS infrastructure. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised CEAmice personnel only.

Your Rights Under KVKK (Law No. 6698)

Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed
• Request information about data processing activities
• Learn the purpose of data processing and whether it is used for its intended purpose
• Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, domestically or abroad
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set forth in Article 7
• Object to any result arising from the analysis of your data exclusively through automated systems
• Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your data

Data Retention

Personal data collected for congress registration and payment purposes will be retained for a period of 2 (two) years following the conclusion of the congress, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymised.
